Living requires balance and living well starts with treating our own spirit, mind and body well. Discipline is involved and I am grateful to my mother who taught me the science and art of discipline. Women are particularly susceptible to falling out of balance. Men too are struggling while trying to juggle work and family. Children need discipline and learn about it by watching their parents. I saw a funny sign at the card store yesterday while shopping for Easter greeting cards. It said "You may speak to the man of the house or the woman who knows what's happening." Balance is what keeps any household (or office, organization) together and someone has to keep it. As I practice the art of balance in my daily life, I start with getting my priorities in order. God, Family, Work, Friends and Other in that order. I base my daily decisions on that order and my benefits are tangible. My garlic garden and tomato plants have sprouted, for example. Balance is a daily pursuit.

With balancing and managing time , one should be good at all the skills which are required for life coaching. If you itself are not good at all the points then it's impossible to make others understand.
